This is the first book I have reviewed, but it's not really a book as much as it is a game. Have you read The Game On Diet ? I think you'll be surprised by what you read. First, one of the authors is a writer of Grey's Anatomy. I don't watch TV much (which is surprising given that people in my family write for TV) but if the TV show is anything like the book...

Joyce Chen Spiral Slicer
Have you ever heard of zucchini spaghetti? I tried it once at a vegetarian restaurant and thought it was great. It is a light spaghetti-look-alike that is healthy and fast. But how do you make a zucchini into those thin strings?

Body Bugg
I first saw it on The Biggest Loser, a device strapped to someones arm that tracked how much weight they gained or lost each day. At first it made no sense, I couldn't figure out how it worked. How did it know if I lost weight? It made me curious enough that I had to do a little research...

Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame

Koolatron Home Yogurt Maker
A few months back I bought a yogurt maker after reading French Women Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano. I was cautiously optimistic about the idea of making my own yogurt since I prefer to have foods with no added preservatives or fillers. I got the machine for a very reasonable price, about $25. I made my first batch of yogurt the same day I got it. This machine makes seven 5oz servings in about 8-10 hours. I hesitated when I took my first bite.
