Deb’s: Good Stuff, Bad Stuff blog
Purpose: To rate consumer goods from the perspective of a Naturopath, humanitarian, and lover of fine things and to share my opinion with anyone who will listen.
Methodology: one to five points is awarded for each category and -1 point for unacceptable performance. 40 points possible. 20 or below = Bad Stuff 21-40=Good Stuff. Pretty simple.

Categories: Food, Products, Services, Activities
Rationale: All categories get a point value 1-5
5 points = the best ever, my favorite, I reserve this for things that knock my socks off. I will yell from the rooftops how great this is!
4 points = highly pleased, very satisfied, worth recommending
3 points = pleased, but barely above average
2 points = hardly worth mention, I’ll likely forget it within a few days.
1 point = offensive, I would recommend against it. What were you thinking?
-1 "Penalty" point for unacceptable performance or circumstances
*assume a zero (met expectations) but negative points for poor experience
