Joyce Chen Spiral Slicer

Have you ever heard of zucchini spaghetti?  I tried it once at a vegetarian restaurant and thought it was great.  It is a light spaghetti-look-alike that is healthy and fast.  But how do you make a zucchini into those thin strings?

Body Bugg

I first saw it on The Biggest Loser, a device strapped to someones arm that tracked how much weight they gained or lost each day. At first it made no sense, I couldn't figure out how it worked.  How did it know if I lost weight? It made me curious enough that I had to do a little research...

Koolatron Home Yogurt Maker

I made my first batch of yogurt the same day I got it. This machine makes seven 5oz servings in about 8-10 hours.  I hesitated when I took my first bite.
